Taiwanese Recipes



  1. Shredded rotisserie chicken
  2. Daikon
  3. Carrots
  4. Celery
  5. Onion
  6. Oden ingredients (Found in frozen section/bunker at chinese supermarket)
  7. Wild rice (optional)
  8. Mongolian hotpot branded soup base (Can be found at Marinas or 99) (Can also substitute with your favorite soup base)
  9. Ginger
  10. Garlic
  11. Tong hao (asian vegetable; great in hotpots)
  12. large intestines (preferred, but optional)


  1. Boil a pot of water.
  2. Add 3-4 pieces of ginger
  3. Add loosely chopped garlic pieces
  4. Add soup base
  5. Add the veggies that require longest cook time.
  6. Add the meat
  7. Add the rest of your veggies
  8. Add oden ingredients.
  9. Let boil again and stir occasionally.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
