Homemade Veggie Pasta 09.17.18

Ingredients:

  • Fusilli
  • Mushroom (I had shiitake at home, but feel free to use your favorite mushrooms) (if none preferred, a good recommended one will be portebello)
  • Arugula
  • Roma tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil or avocado oil
  • A small sliver of butter
  • Mushroom gravy
  • Smooth parmesan cheese (as topping)
  • Sweet mini bell peppers (regular ones will work as well)

Directions:

First, prepare and cut your veggies.
Next, mince garlic for sautee with your veggies.
Next, roughly dice your tomatoes for sautee.

This is what the finished sautee looks like.
Not sure of label is correct, but I think the actual product is smooth parmesan cheese. I grated it on top of my pasta.
The pasta should roughly look something like this. It doesnt have to exactly look like this.
