Homemade Veggie Pasta 09.17.18
Ingredients:
- Fusilli
- Mushroom (I had shiitake at home, but feel free to use your favorite mushrooms) (if none preferred, a good recommended one will be portebello)
- Arugula
- Roma tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil or avocado oil
- A small sliver of butter
- Mushroom gravy
- Smooth parmesan cheese (as topping)
- Sweet mini bell peppers (regular ones will work as well)
