Taco Thursday: Quick Cast Iron version

First, I sauteed the veggie mix with a little bit of canola oil. Nothing else. If you would like to add a bit of salt and pepper, feel free.

Next, I added the barbacoa taco frozen mix and sauteed with a bit of water for about 10 minutes.

I will post another page on how to season the cast iron soon.

Both, the veggie mix and frozen barbacoa taco mix were bought from Whole Foods.

You can consume it with rice, bread, or mini croissant.

Total cook and prep time was about 25 to 30 minutes.
